Your standing with each faction progresses through five ranks:

Key differences:

  • Rises and falls passively based on operational activity
  • Cannot be directly invested in—earned through consistent excellence
  • Provides bonuses to Intelligence, Social, and Diplomacy skills

  • Favoring individual freedom
  • Assisting Scions or Cypherian contacts

  • Long-term story outcomes

Strategic Approaches

Balanced: Moderate standing with all—maximum flexibility

Primary Alliance: Deep investment in one faction for maximum benefits

Coalition: Strong relationships with two complementary factions

Mercenary: Accept opportunities based on immediate benefit, minimal commitment
