Response Processing

Unlike real-time agent communications, After-Action responses operate asynchronously:

  1. You craft a response
  2. Message enters pending delivery queue
  3. Delivery follows urgency-based timing
  4. Contact's reply follows same timing system

When you fail to respond within windows:
